JLD Property Management Group’s Affordable Housing Management Team Includes a comprehensive understanding of the IRS Section 42 Low Income Housing Tax Credit Program (LIHTC), Rural Development, HUD and other financing vehicles associated with affordable housing.
The JLD Headquarters is located in Hummelstown, Pennsylvania. We are only a couple blocks away from Main Street and just minutes from Route 322.
