Certified Property Managers (CPM)

JLD Management Group’s Affordable Housing Management Team has been recognized by the Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM) as CPMs. These individuals must meet experience requirements in both fiscal and operational management and complete and pass extensive advanced property management courses to receive this distinguished designation.

Certified Credit Compliance Professional (CP3) & S.T.A.R.

JLD Management Group’s Affordable Housing Management Team has staff who have earned their C3P and S.T.A.R. designations. Rural Development, Pennsylvania Housing Finance Agency (PHFA), the IRS, and most syndicators recognize these designations. These individuals must complete an extensive program and must pass a series of tests to earn these designations.

Fair Housing & Section 504 Compliance

JLD Management Group recognizes the importance of total compliance with all non-discrimination laws and regulations related to multi-family housing. JLD Management Group and complex staff are continually trained in Fair Housing and Section 504, both in-house and through outside training by apartment associations and experts in the field. In addition to these comprehensive efforts, JLD Management Group has designated an individual to oversee this program on a daily basis, our Fair Housing Compliance Director.
